Here are the concrete costs for both continuing our work, and growing the Radical Monarch movement.
Annual Alumni Retreats

Annual Training for 8 new Radical Troop Leaders provided by Radical Monarch Staff $13,000
$13,000 per year (includes space rental, wages for RM staff, & training supplies)
Technical Assistance for Troop Leaders
Technical Assistance (T.A) for Radical Troop Leaders provided by Radical Monarch Staff $13,000 per year
$13,000/year (T.A.=troop meeting observation/feedback, quarterly video conference calls with RTLS to troubleshoot and support their growth, plus weekly availability to answer emerging questions from RTLs via email/phone)
